“Emily is an intuitive yoga teacher responding to the needs of all in the class, and the elements of life that affect us all, in such a humble and gentle way. I feel seen and heard when I attend her classes and nurtured by the time I have left.
There is always an invitation to be yourself, to just be yourself, within the practice each session. An invitation to listen and respond to what you need not what any one else may need. This has deepened my appreciation of yoga and what it does for me.”
